3. Quality and Scope of Services

  • The scope and deliverables of each tax tracking service are defined in the respective service agreements.
  • We reserve the right to make organizational changes as long as they do not compromise the fundamental tax tracking objectives.

4. Payments and Service Terms

  • Payment for tax tracking services is required according to the agreed payment schedule for each service.
  • Service refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy below.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) incur a processing fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full service fee.

5. Refund Policy

At DutyTrackEdge, we are committed to client satisfaction and service excellence. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Initial Service Period: Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of their first tax tracking service if they are not satisfied with our compliance approach or processing methodology.
  • Services in Progress: For ongoing tax tracking services where work has begun but the service is not yet completed, we may offer a partial refund less the value of services completed and administrative expenses.
  • Completed Services: Once a tax tracking service has been completed as outlined in the service agreement, refunds are generally not available unless there is a substantial failure to deliver agreed-upon compliance content.
  • Service Packages: For multi-service tax tracking and intensive programs, refunds will be calculated based on the number of compliance components remaining, minus a 20% administrative fee.
  • Subscription Services: For ongoing tax tracking support and compliance processing subscriptions, clients may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Refunds for unused portions will be processed within the billing cycle.
  • Tax Tracking Consultation Programs: Individual tax tracking consultation sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee.
  • Digital Tax Tracking Access: Access to tax tracking processing templates, recorded consultations, and compliance preparation resources is non-refundable once downloaded or viewed.
  • Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@DutyTrackEdge.com with detailed reasons for the request and supporting documentation.
  • Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 10 business days, with approved refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that tax tracking matters can be deeply personal. In cases of serious business emergencies, compliance crises, or other significant circumstances, we may consider special refund arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

We evaluate each refund request individually, considering the specific circumstances, tax tracking progress, and our ability to provide alternative solutions to address client concerns while honoring the professional nature of our work.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • We handle all personal data and client tax tracking information according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Clients agree not to share confidential information from services without authorization.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, particularly in response to tax regulation changes or service improvements.
  • Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before implementation.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Final Provisions

  • Canadian law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions.
  • Canada is the jurisdiction for any disputes arising from our services.
  • If individual provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
